Hello everyone, and happy Monday!

Remember how last week I said I had planned an easy week? Well, I took it much easier than I intended to and accidently didn’t run at all. I’m not sure how this happened. The week just flew by and suddenly it was Friday and I realized I hadn’t been on a run at all during the week.

I could come up with a handful of excuses as to why I didn’t run last week, but none of them are valid. I just didn’t get my butt off the couch in time to go for a run.

I feel like I just keeping thinking of things that I need to do. I’m getting ready to move out and start optometry school, so my brain is just all over the place. I have a planner, so I should start using that more. Also, I should stop skipping out on my workouts. I already paid the money and signed up for the race, so we’re doing this thing and I need to be prepared.

Okay, that’s all I really have for this week. I would write more, but I don’t really know what to say.

I’ll be back next week and will have much more to say since I will actually be doing my workouts this week instead of taking it easy. Until then, I hope you have a great week!

Week 27:
Miles run this week: 3.1 (I'll include the 4 miles I did on Monday with next week)
Miles run total: 126.55
Overall mood: Determined
